Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Find Your Voice Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining transparency in all financial transactions. This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to program registrations, event fees, training fees, and donations made to the Foundation.

By making a payment through our website or any of our authorized payment channels, you agree to this policy.

Returns

As the Foundation primarily provides educational programs, workshops, training, events, and accepts voluntary donations, no physical products are sold. Accordingly, returns are not applicable.

Refunds
Program Registrations

Unless otherwise specified for a particular program or event:

Registration and participation fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
Refund requests may be considered solely at the discretion of the Foundation in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or other genuine cases.

Donations

Donations made to Find Your Voice Foundation are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

Refunds for donations may be considered only in exceptional situations, including:

Duplicate transactions
Incorrect payment amounts due to technical errors
Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification

The Foundation reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request after review.

Refund Processing Time (TAT)

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

No cash refunds will be provided.

Cancellations
Program Registrations

Unless otherwise mentioned in the specific program or event details:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of the program or event.
Cancellation of a registration does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, unless expressly approved by the Foundation.

Donations

Donations, once successfully processed, cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Exceptions

The Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any program due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations, force majeure events, or other operational reasons.

In such cases, the Foundation may, at its sole discretion, offer:

A transfer to a future batch or event;
A credit towards another Foundation program; or
A full or partial refund, where appropriate.

We may update this Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page along with the revised "Last Updated" date.
