Welcome to Find Your Voice Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, programs, events, workshops, donations, volunteer opportunities, and all services offered by the Foundation.
By accessing our website, registering for any program, making a donation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • If the participant is a minor, registration and acceptance of these Terms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while registering for any program, event, donation, or service.
The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
 

4. Payments and Donations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Registration fees must be paid before participation.

  • Donations made to the Foundation are voluntary.

  • Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged in accordance with Indian law.

 

5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Maintain respectful behaviour during all Foundation activities.

  • Follow the instructions of facilitators, volunteers, and event organisers.

  • Not engage in conduct that disrupts programs or causes harm to other participants.

  • Comply with all applicable laws while using our services.

 

6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials created, published, distributed, or made available by Find Your Voice Foundation—including but not limited to:

  • Course content

  • Presentations

  • Training material

  • Videos

  • Workbooks

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Website content

  • Program curriculum

  • Assessments

  • Certificates

are the exclusive intellectual property of Find Your Voice Foundation and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, recorded, or commercially used without prior written permission from the Foundation.
 

7. User Data
Personal information collected by the Foundation is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at:

Requests will be processed subject to applicable legal and statutory obligations.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Find Your Voice Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
